Eagle County real estate remains strong through October with $205,290,354 in total dollar volume, and the highest number of transactions in a given month this year with 234.
The majority of these transactions were, again, in Eagle, with 44, and Gypsum, with 22. Eagle’s sales volume was over these transactions was $20M, and Gypsum’s volume was over $8M.
Avon and Eagle-Vail had strong sales as well with 20 and 22 transactions respectively. East Vail also continued to show good activity with 16 sales totaling over $15M.
Beaver Creek had the highest total dollar volume with $30.5M over 14 transactions.
Six high-end sales of $4M and above helped contribute nearly $36M to the overall sales volume total. This included the highest sale of the month which sold in Vail Village for $9.375M; $2,032 PPSF.
