Although we are between seasons, the Vail, Beaver Creek and Valley real estate market is quite strong. With our incredible presence online, buyers are finding our listings from anywhere in the world. According to Land Title Guarantee Company:

Eagle County real estate saw an increase in transactions in August, the highest number of sales in any given month thus far this year; May was the second highest month. Year-to-date there have been 1,357 transactions. Sales volume in August was $240,429,412; this was the second highest month thus far this year, second to May with $326,684,018. The area with the highest dollar volume in August was Vail Village with $52,623,500 followed by Arrowhead with $13,456,250, then Avon with $13,248,500.

High-end sales were a major contributor to the high dollar volume this month, with five sales over $5M averaging $13.4M. The highest sale was a residence in Vail Village selling for $28.7M (or $3,771 per square foot) on Mill Creek Circle in Vail Village.
